1. Return Eligibility

We want you to fall in love with your NoorNaz pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original luxury pouch & box packaging.
• Damaged in transit or manufacturing defect items qualify for instant free replacement.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at Support@noornaz.in or WhatsApp our support desk with your Order Number (NN-XXXXXX).
2. Our logistics team will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours.
3. Upon quality verification at our Jaipur warehouse, your refund or replacement will be initiated immediately.

All NoorNaz jewelry pieces are crafted with 18k Real PVD Gold over surgical grade steel designed for high durability and everyday wear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply email us at Support@noornaz.in with a photograph within 7 days of delivery to receive an instant complimentary replacement.
